Step 1 — Mash the Bananas
Action: Mash ripe bananas in a bowl using a fork until smooth.
Step 2 — Add Wet and Dry Ingredients
Action: Add oil (or butter), egg, sugar, and vanilla essence, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt Mix gently until combined.
Step 3 — Add Chocolate Chips
Action: Fold chocolate chips into the batter gently.
Step 4 — Fill Muffin Tray
Action: Place cupcake liners in muffin tray. Spoon batter evenly into each cup (¾ full).

Step 5 — Bake
